The Nintendo Direct at 6 PM today was great, and it’s finally time to review it. Or that’s how it was going to go but unfortunately the Direct has officially been delayed. Also, Nintendo accidently updated Yoshi 2019’s name on their website earlier today and I am a big fan of the new name! Let’s get to it.
So as I said earlier, the Nintendo Direct has officially been delayed. This was out of respect as there was a huge earthquake in Japan killing seven people while destroying the homes and injuring many others. Nintendo promised to give us a new date and time in the near future, but until then we will have to wait. In the meanwhile let’s pray for those injured and hope it doesn’t get leaked until then. I will report on any news as soon as possible.
As you saw in the title Yoshi 2019’s name has officially been leaked via the coming soon page on Nintendo’s website. You never thought you would be hearing officially and leaked in the same sentence, did you? Anyways the name Nintendo quickly corrected was Yoshi’s Crafted World. It seems as this is a sequel to 2015’s Yoshi’s Wooly World from Wii U and 3DS, but that is all we are able to infer from the title. No pictures or release date was leaked along side the name. It is very likely Nintendo was going to show this during the Nintendo Direct and forgot to update accordingly on their website.
Thank you for reading. What do you think of this recent news? Let me know, and I’ll see you soon! (Image source: https://nintendosoup.com/yoshi-switch-game-delayed-to-2019/)
